We are not liable for any safety issues that may cause harm to you or your home, because we offer education on how to properly care for you candle throughout the lifetime of your candle and warning labels on how to care for your candle are on each candle. We also include care cards to help with how to care for your candle.
You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours of when the order was placed for a full refund.
Pickups are only held for 72 hours and contact attempts will be made. If no answer after 72 hours, we will hold your order for a maximum of 2 weeks.
